If your domain is located within a GoDaddy account, you can provide delegated access level to our team by completing the following steps:

Go to your GoDaddy Delegate Access page. You might be prompted to sign in.
In the People who can access my account section, select Invite to Access .
Enter the following information for the name and email address:

Email : websites@mycase.com
Select “ Products and Domains ” as the access level.
Select Invite .

Ways to find where your domain is located

There are a few ways to find where your domain was originally purchased and managed.

Check your email inbox : When you purchase a domain, most registrars will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided during the registration process. This email will typically include the name of the registrar, as well as your account information and possibly login credentials.
Look at the WHO.IS record : WHOIS is a public database that contains information about domain registrations. You can use a WHO.IS lookup tool, such as https://who.is/ , to find information about your domain, including the registrar and the email address used during registration. The WHO.IS record will also show the dates when the domain was registered and when it expires.
Check your account : If you remember the name of your registrar you used to purchase the domain, you can try logging in with any accounts you have with that company to see if your domain is listed there. If you have not logged in recently, you may be required to reset the password.
Check your payment history : If you purchased your domain using a credit card or bank account, you can check your statement or transaction history to see which company the payment was made to. Look for any payments that were made around the time you purchased the domain, and see if the company name matches a known registrar.

If none of these steps yield any results, you can contact the registrar directly for assistance in locating your account information. The registrar should be able to help you find your account based on your domain name, email address, or other identifying information you can provide. Please note that since MyCase does not own this account, we are unable to contact domain registrars on your behalf.

How to manually update your DNS records

If you prefer to manually update your DNS records, please complete the following steps to complete the upgrade process to our new platform.

Login to your domain registrar.
Navigate to your domain portfolio.
Select the domain which your MyCase website is currently connected to.
Locate the CNAME record with ‘www’ as the host/alias.
Host/Alias : www
Destination/Target : Replace mycasewebsites.com or mycasewebsites2.com with s.multiscreensite.com
Next, update the A records with the following steps (if only one A record is present, please add the additional):
First
Type : A
Host/Alias : @
Destination/Target : 35.172.94.1
Second
Type : A
Host/Alias : @
Destination/Target : 100.24.208.97

Tips to Update your DNS

Contact your hosting company and provide them with the instructions above. They should be able to make the updates for you.
